Payment

Payment can be made by manual bank transfer, credit card or PayPal when placing an order. Geometrics Kitchen reserves the right to exclude particular methods of payment.

Delivery

Geometrics Kitchen partners with GD Express Sdn Bhd transportation professionals to provide a highly efficient and cost effective delivery service. You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address. It normally will take 3-5 working days to arrive your delivery address.

Return and Refund Policy

Not all pictures of products on this site will correspond exactly to product description. In such cases the written description of the the product is more accurate. You shall not be entitled to return a product simply because it does not correspond exactly to its online picture.

If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be out of date, of a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Geometrics Kitchen shall either refund to you the value of that product, or replace the product.
