We, at By Grace Grocery, wants the best for you. We’ve come together with a Japanese lady who is a local in JB for years to bring this wonderful homemade reduced-sodium miso paste to your table. It’s light with a silky texture and smooth flavour characteristics that has the perfect balance of saltiness, sweetness and umami.
Our umami-rich sauce is fermented with natural ingredients like organic soybeans, rice koji and seasoned with Himalayan pink salt. A long fermentation process will be taken to ensure a more layered taste.
